Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway are in negotiations to star togther in Love and Other Drugs, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The film, based on Jamie Reidy’s book Hard Sell: The Evolution of Viagra, would follow Gyllenhaal as a pharmaceutical salesman who develops a relationship with a woman who has Parkinsons, to be played by Hathaway.
Ed Zwick is on board to direct. This would mark a repairing for Hathaway and Gyllenhaal, who played a couple in Brokeback Mountain.
