According Deadline.com – director Christopher Nolan is on the hunt for a female villain and a love interest for Christian Bale’s Bruce Wayne.
So Keira Knightley, Natalie Portman, Anne Hathaway and Rachel Weisz are among Hollywood’s actress vying for roles in the next Batman movie.

Anne Hathaway is apparently in talks to star in romantic comedy Lola Versus.
According to The Wrap, the script for Lola Versus, by up-and-coming filmmakers Daryl Wein and Zoe Lister-Jones, has made its way to the Oscar-winning actress, who is “negotiating to star” in the project.
The plot is being kept under wraps, with producer Michael London’s Groundswell Productions saying: “The project is still at the packaging stage and nothing has been firmed on either the talent or the distribution front.”
Anne, who recently starred in Alice In Wonderland and Valentine’s Day, has been shooting One Day – the big-screen adaptation of David Nicholl’s best-selling novel – with Jim Sturgess and Romola Garai.

Nicholls adapted his book into the “One Day” screenplay, and filming is underway in England, Scotland and France. The story involves the complicatd relationship between Emma (Hathaway) and Dexter (Sturgess), who meet on the night of their college graduation – July 15, 1988 — and continue to reconnect on the same date for the next two decades.
Hathaway and Sturgess will be joined by Romola Garai (“Atonement”), Jamie Sives (“Get Him to the Greek”), Rafe Spall (“Hot Fuzz”), Ken Stott (“Charlie Wilson’s War”), and Jodie Whittaker.
Focus Features plans to release “One Day” in the third quarter of 2011.
